Man made to dance naked for stealing chicken in Nnewi

 Recently, it has become a trend  for the judgement of offenders to be taking, before the approprate authourity arrives. This is not a good developement and something really needs to be done on this growing trend.
Above is the lady in cross river state , who stole a chicken. she was made to walk around naked with the chicken tied around her.

This guy stole two chickens in nnewi , otolo market , and the same treatment was given to him.......
 what is going on, could this be the season of chicken madness or what
